producing love and freedom by integrating "what is" in one's life
Integrating "what is" so love can grow in ourselves and for others. The quintessence is to reconnect to your own truth, to find out what's keeping you on hold to emerge and merge with your soul and your life purpose. This is realized by reconnecting you to your inner self, with all the feelings there are, with the patterns you are living and your shadow sides which are hidden. Everything which is in or around you wants to be integrated and given a free space to co-exist. The inner knowing that you can freely give yourself and others a space to co-exist delivers you to the opportunity to fully succeed and fully realize your own potentials.
Love is produced from this knowing. Being in pain on whatever level will make you feel, think and do things to get away from the integration process of what is. By going through your "process", taking in what really is (the simple, the addressable, unaddressable, the unsolvable, the unimaginable) freedom and peace occurs. The more unresolvable an issue is perceived, the greater upside of energy and love that is produced by undergoing one's "process" to integrate it in one's being..
Compassion, understanding and an allowance for oneself and others to simply be without preconditions grows in this space of being. By revisiting issues, traumas, mistakes, or simply situations which left a mark - feelings and the underlying truth to what happened in the past can be acknowledged and reconciliation to yourself and life can happen. I use different approaches to reach this point in the integration process and by meeting the same frequencies any situation past or present can become neutral, like your right arm, it just is and no longer demands your attention and energy.
Saying yes to entering "the funnel", that inner compression of emotions accompanying any process is the dream work the inner you has been waiting for so the real you can fully come out; that integrated, compassionate and powerful being that highly benefits yourself, others and the mission you came to complete.
My approach is intuitive, contemplative and metaphysical in nature. My work supports mental, physical, spiritual and emotional self-healing. I have supported many people to realize their unique freedom in life through their own individual processes in my Awakening Being Seminars and through one on one Life Coaching.
